Role Description
The Head of Project Management at وجهة التوظيف السعودي will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects to ensure alignment with organizational objectives.
This part-time, on-site role is located in Abu Dhabi and involves leading project teams, setting priorities, allocating resources, and monitoring progress against timelines and budgets.
The role includes establishing and refining project management standards, methodologies, and tools to drive consistency and efficiency across initiatives.
The Head of Project Management will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners, provide clear status reporting, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans.
This position also requires mentoring project managers and coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, and continuously improving project performance and outcomes.
Qualifications
- Strong program and project management skills, including Program Management and Budgeting capabilities to oversee complex initiatives and control costs.
- Excellent Communication skills to engage stakeholders, facilitate meetings, and deliver clear project updates and documentation.
- Robust Analytical Skills to assess project data, evaluate risks, and support evidence-based decision-making.
- Proven Team Management experience to guide, mentor, and motivate cross-functional project teams.
- Demonstrated experience leading project or program management functions, ideally within recruitment, HR services, or professional services environments.
- Familiarity with standard project management methodologies (e.g., PMI, PRINCE2, Agile) and related tools or software.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field; relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PgMP) are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Abu Dhabi, manage multiple priorities, and maintain a high level of integrity and professionalism.
