- At The Cobbler, we are entering a new phase of growth and are looking for a highly capable operational leader to take ownership of our atelier production environment.
- This is a senior leadership opportunity for an experienced professional who thrives in high-volume operations, people leadership, process optimisation, and continuous improvement.
- Based in Dubai and reporting directly to the CEO, the Head of Production will lead atelier operations across planning, production flow, manpower optimisation, operational discipline, Lean initiatives, and cross-functional coordination.
- What we are looking for:
- 8–12 years of experience in production, operations, supply chain, manufacturing, logistics, or similar operational environments
- Strong experience managing large teams and fluctuating operational volumes
- Hands-on understanding of Lean principles, Kaizen, and operational KPIs
- A structured and analytical leader who can build systems, improve efficiency, and develop autonomous teams
- Someone resilient, proactive, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving business environment

The Cobbler is the UAE’s foremost luxury shoe and bag preservation house, operating across Dubai and Abu Dhabi with a unique blend of craftsmanship, luxury retail, and restoration expertise.
