Overview
Head of Production to lead and manage all production operations within a regulated manufacturing environment.
Reporting to the General Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for driving production performance, operational efficiency, quality, safety, and regulatory compliance while leading production teams to achieve business objectives.
The role requires a hands-on leader with proven experience in Medical Devices, Pharmaceuticals, Life Sciences, Advanced Manufacturing, Aerospace, or a similarly regulated industry.
The candidate will oversee production planning, workforce management, productivity improvement initiatives, process optimization, and cross-functional coordination with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, and R&D teams.
The individual must have a strong track record of achieving production targets, implementing Lean Manufacturing initiatives, improving operational efficiency, and maintaining compliance with ISO, GMP, and other applicable quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum 10–12 years of manufacturing and production leadership experience.
- At least 5 years in a senior production management role within a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO, GMP, quality systems, and production operations.
- Proven experience leading production teams and driving operational excellence.
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field.
- Lean Six Sigma certification preferred; PMP is an advantage.
- Previous UAE/GCC manufacturing experience is essential.
- Pay: AED30,000.00 - AED35,000.00 per month
