Overview

Product Vision: All-in-One Financial Super App

• Own and evolve the vision for PayVia's all-in-one app — a unified platform combining trading, virtual accounts, card products, and concierge services in a single, elegant experience
• Define the product architecture and feature roadmap that brings these verticals together cohesively, ensuring a seamless user journey across all product areas
• Identify and prioritise new product verticals and capabilities that enhance the super app proposition — from investment tools to lifestyle and premium services
• Ensure the product delivers a best-in-class experience for both individual and business customers

Trading & Digital Assets

• Lead the product strategy for trading features — crypto, FX, and other asset classes — ensuring a fast, intuitive, and trustworthy experience
• Work closely with compliance and operations to build trading features that meet regulatory requirements without compromising user experience
• Identify opportunities to introduce advanced trading tools, analytics, and portfolio management capabilities

Virtual Accounts & Cards

• Drive the roadmap for virtual account products — multi-currency wallets, IBANs, and account management features for personal and business users
• Lead the strategy for card product integration — virtual and physical cards — working with card scheme partners and card acquiring infrastructure
• Experience with card acquiring business is a strong advantage

Concierge & Premium Services

• Define and build the concierge service layer within the app — delivering high-touch, personalised services that differentiate PayVia in a competitive market
• Identify premium features and service tiers that drive customer loyalty, upsell opportunities, and brand distinction
• Work with Customer Success and Operations to design concierge workflows that are scalable and exceptional in quality

Ai Integration & Innovation

• Lead PayVia's AI product strategy — embedding intelligent features across the app including personalised financial insights, smart notifications, automated decisioning, and fraud prevention
• Partner with engineering and data teams to ship AI-powered capabilities that make the app smarter for every user
• Stay ahead of emerging AI tools, models, and frameworks and evaluate their application across the PayVia platform
• Drive automation initiatives that reduce friction for customers and improve operational efficiency

Product Execution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Own the full product lifecycle — from discovery and definition through to delivery, launch, and iteration
• Set clear OKRs and success metrics for every product initiative and hold the team accountable to outcomes
• Actively participate in cross-departmental product development — collaborating with Finance, Operations, Compliance, and Commercial teams to deliver joined-up solutions
• Maintain close partnership with engineering to ensure feasibility, quality, and delivery velocity
• Champion customer-led product development: interviews, usability testing, A/B experiments, and data analysis

What We Expect From You

• 8+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead product role
• Proven experience building consumer or business fintech products — payments, trading, digital wallets, or banking apps strongly preferred
• Track record of delivering complex, multi-feature platforms or super apps at scale
• Experience with card acquiring business is a strong advantage
• Familiarity with digital assets, cryptocurrency, or blockchain-based payment flows is a strong advantage
• Direct experience integrating or building AI/ML-powered product features
• Experience with payment service providers (PSP) or similar regulated entities
• Strategic thinker who can zoom out to set direction and zoom in to drive execution
• Data-driven: decisions based on evidence, not assumptions
• Strong communicator — able to inspire teams, align stakeholders, and present compellingly to leadership
• Technical fluency: comfortable in conversations about APIs, ML models, and system architecture
• Entrepreneurial energy — you move fast, take ownership, and thrive in a high-growth environment
• Must hold valid permission to work in the UAE
