• **Role Description**
• This is a full-time, on-site Head of Planning role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
• The Head of Planning will oversee demand, production, and business planning activities to ensure optimal alignment between market needs, capacity, and inventory levels.
• Daily responsibilities include developing and maintaining forecasting models, coordinating production schedules, and leading cross-functional planning meetings with sales, operations, procurement, and finance.
• The role will monitor key performance indicators, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to improve planning accuracy, lead times, and service levels.
• The Head of Planning will also guide process improvements, standardize planning procedures, mentor planning team members, and support strategic decision-making for new markets, products, and capacity investments.
