Role overview
The Head of Operations oversees daily activities to ensure HHI programs, campaigns, and outreach run efficiently and effectively.
This is a part-time, hybrid role based in Dubai, with on-site presence and work-from-home flexibility.
Responsibilities
- Manage operational processes and coordinate cross-functional teams.
- Optimize resource allocation and support implementation of mental health initiatives.
- Monitor performance metrics and oversee budgeting and planning.
- Contribute to strategic decisions that enhance impact and sustainability.
- Collaborate with leadership, partners, and stakeholders to support smooth operations and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management skills, including process optimization and organizational planning.
- Analytical ability to interpret data, measure program performance, and inform decisions.
- Proven team management and leadership abilities.
- Effective communication with internal teams, partners, and community stakeholders.
- Experience with budgeting, financial oversight, and resource management.
- Nonprofit, social impact, or mental health initiative experience is highly beneficial.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, social sciences, or a related field; relevant experience may be considered instead.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment in Dubai, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
