Lead, mentor, and scale a 30+ person team across Setup and Post-Setup service lines.
Redesign the organizational structure and align people with appropriate roles.
Coach and upskill middle managers on people development and stronger decision-making.
Define duties, KPIs, accountability, and growth opportunities for roles.
Drive morale and engagement initiatives to rebuild trust and reduce burnout.

Audit and redesign workflows, SOPs, and service delivery models for scalability and efficiency.
Build an operational playbook to reduce firefighting and task leakage.
Standardize onboarding and train managers on onboarding processes and best practices.
Establish mechanisms to identify and close performance gaps at junior and mid-levels.
Create workload and capacity models to balance responsibilities and prevent burnout.

Advise leadership on replacing manual spreadsheets and ad hoc reporting with scalable systems and dashboards.
Partner with Technology and Operations teams to automate and digitize recurring processes.
Introduce real-time reporting and analytics for leadership visibility and proactive decision-making.

Act as a bridge between Operations, Sales, and Finance to ensure alignment and feedback loops.
Translate strategic goals into operational execution.
Continuously improve the client experience.

Experience leading, mentoring, and scaling a team of more than 30 people across multiple service lines.
Ability to redesign organizational structures and clarify roles, duties, KPIs, and growth opportunities.
Ability to audit and redesign workflows, standard operating procedures, and service delivery models.
Ability to build operational playbooks and sustainable workload and capacity models.
Ability to advise on scalable technology systems, dashboards, automation, and digitization of recurring processes.
Ability to establish reporting and analytics mechanisms that support leadership visibility and decision-making.
Ability to collaborate across Operations, Sales, and Finance and translate strategic goals into execution.
