Role description
Part-time hybrid Head of Operations role based in Dubai, with flexibility for some work from home.
Oversees daily operations supporting network events, member engagement, and strategic initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Plan and optimize operational processes.
- Manage budgets, track performance metrics, and allocate resources across programs and partnerships.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain operational policies.
- Provide leadership with data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Identify operational risks and opportunities, implement best practices, and foster collaboration and accountability.
Qualifications
- Strong operations management and budgeting skills.
- Advanced analytical skills and proven team management and communication skills.
- Experience in strategic planning, process optimization, and performance measurement.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, operations management, or a related field; an advanced degree is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment and manage responsibilities autonomously.
Preferred background
- Technology, digital transformation, or professional networks experience is advantageous.
