This is a senior, group-level role based in Dubai, reporting directly to the CEO.
The Head of Operations - Group provides operational leadership, governance and standardisation across Byrne's regional operations in the GCC.
You'll drive fleet availability and utilisation, workshop and maintenance performance, logistics effectiveness, CAPEX planning and HSE compliance balancing local operational agility with Group-wide consistency.
Working closely with General Managers, Operations Managers, the Group Asset Manager, Procurement, HSE and Finance, you'll establish and monitor Group-wide operational KPIs, scale operations efficiently and maximise fleet ROI across all territories.
