We are expanding rapidly in the Middle East and are looking for entrepreneurial talent to help build our brand and business in the Middle East.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the local marketing team, fostering a high-performance, collaborative, and results-driven culture.
- Define team priorities, develop organizational capabilities, and mentor talent to support long-term business growth.
- Lead go-to-market strategy and market expansion initiatives in Saudi Arabia.
- Drive overall brand positioning, integrated marketing, and customer acquisition strategies to strengthen market presence and business growth.
- Develop deep local market insights, including understanding customer behavior, investor profiles, distribution channels, and cultural nuances to localize marketing effectively.
- Work closely with the performance team, and business development team to align marketing strategies with commercial objectives and revenue growth.
- Plan and execute full-funnel marketing campaigns across digital, offline, partnerships, community, and influencer channels.
- Analyze market trends, competitor landscape, and customer data to identify growth opportunities and optimize marketing performance.
- Support thought leadership initiatives and help establish the company as a trusted investment and fintech brand in the region.
- **Requirements**
- Strong understanding of financial markets, investing, and stock trading behavior. An experienced personal trader in Stock/ETF/Option trading is preferred.
- Proven experience in marketing, growth, or commercial leadership roles.
- Strong people management and cross-functional leadership experience.
- Experience in both marketing and sales-oriented environments, with a strong commercial mindset.
- Deep understanding of Saudi Arabia’s consumer landscape, culture, and digital ecosystem.
- Ability to combine strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities in fast-paced environments.
- Experience in fintech, brokerage, wealth management, banking, or financial services is highly preferred.
- Multilingual abilities (Arabic/Mandarin(Chinese)/English)
