Job Purpose
Lead the regional marketing strategy and execution for Limitless Naturals across Saudi Arabia and the GCC, accelerating growth through brand building, demand generation, digital marketing and digital commerce, while building a high-performing marketing organization.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability
- Set the regional marketing strategy and investment priorities for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, ensuring brand positioning and channel mix are aligned to deliver the company's commercial growth ambitions.
- Own the regional brand proposition for Saudi Arabia and the Gulf, adapting the company's brand framework into a strategy that resonates with local consumers and strengthens brand equity over time.
- Drive demand and brand growth across in-store and online channels, building the strategy that converts marketing investment into awareness, trial, and market share gains across the region.
- Own the digital, e-commerce, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) growth agenda, setting the strategy and investment case for online, marketplace, and subscription channels across Saudi Arabia and the Gulf.
- Shape portfolio strategy across the region, partnering with Innovation and Supply Chain to prioritize, harmonize, and rationalize the SKU portfolio behind the highest-value regional growth opportunities.
- Define the company's "where to play" choices for new and adjacent Gulf markets, shaping the regional expansion strategy and the commercial case for entry.
- Lead and manage the external agency ecosystem- creative, media and digital- holding partners accountable to performance, quality and delivery standards.
- Build and lead a high-performing regional marketing organization, attracting and developing Marketing talent and establishing an operating model that integrates seamlessly with the broader company structure.
Requirements
- 15+ years of progressive marketing experience, including marketing leadership roles within FMCG, consumer goods, or consumer health
- Proven track record of building brands, translating strategy into execution and delivering commercial growth across Saudi Arabia and the GCC
- Strong digital marketing, e-commerce and marketing activations experience, including scaling DTC, subscription, and marketplace channels
- Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and external agency partners
- Strong commercial and analytical capability
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Arabic language proficiency preferred
