Full-time Head of Marketing role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility for some work from home.
Leads marketing strategy, brand positioning, integrated campaigns, and stakeholder communications in support of business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing plans and oversee market research and insights.
- Coordinate with sales and commercial teams and lead public relations initiatives across key markets.
- Guide a marketing team, manage agencies and partners, and maintain consistent messaging across digital and traditional channels.
- Set performance metrics, monitor budgets, and provide reports and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Manage cross-functional projects and collaborate with international teams.
Qualifications
- Strong market planning and marketing management skills; solid market research ability.
- Sales-related skills to align marketing activity with revenue goals and support commercial teams.
- Public relations skills for media relations, corporate communications, and stakeholder engagement.
- Proven senior marketing leadership experience, ideally in a large, complex, or industrial organization.
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams, manage cross-functional projects, and work in a multicultural environment.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, and decision-making skills, including campaign performance measurement.
- Excellent written and verbal English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a master’s degree is an asset.
Work arrangement
- Hybrid role based in Abu Dhabi Emirate, with flexibility for some work from home.
