We are looking for a Head of Marketing to lead and scale the global marketing function at MarketsVox.
This is a senior leadership role responsible for building a high-performing marketing engine across multiple channels — from acquisition to brand, from performance marketing to content and partnerships.
You will work directly with leadership to define strategy, drive growth, and position MarketsVox as a leading player in the global trading industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global marketing strategy aligned with company growth objectives
- Lead and manage all core marketing directions:
- + Performance marketing (paid acquisition)
- + Affiliate & partner marketing (IB / CPA)
+ Content & SEO
- + Brand & communication
- Build, structure, and scale the marketing team
- Drive client acquisition and activation across key regions (SEA, LATAM, Europe)
- Optimize marketing funnels and improve conversion rates (CPL → FTD → retention)
- Manage and allocate marketing budgets with clear ROI focus
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams
- Oversee brand positioning and ensure consistency across all channels
- Analyze performance data and continuously optimize campaigns
- Identify new growth channels and market opportunities
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Head of Marketing / Marketing Director / Growth Lead
- Strong background in performance marketing and acquisition
- Experience in Forex / CFD / fintech / iGaming / affiliate-driven industries
- Deep understanding of CPA, RevShare, IB models
- Experience managing multi-channel marketing teams
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Fluent English
