Overview
An established multi-site healthcare and consumer services organization is seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead all marketing, digital acquisition, brand, PR and growth initiatives across its network of clinics and healthcare facilities.
The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving customer acquisition, increasing patient volumes, strengthening brand positioning and delivering measurable commercial growth.
This is a highly visible leadership position requiring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
The ideal candidate will be commercially minded, data-driven and comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment where resourcefulness and ownership are essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the overall marketing strategy aligned to business growth objectives.
- Drive customer acquisition through digital marketing, performance campaigns, CRM initiatives and conversion optimization.
- Lead brand positioning, communications and public relations activities.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure strong return on investment across all channels.
- Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards and reporting structures to measure performance.
- Support pricing, promotional and commercial initiatives to maximize customer growth and profitability.
- Lead and develop the marketing team while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Partner closely with operations and commercial stakeholders to improve customer acquisition and retention.
- Manage external agencies, suppliers and strategic marketing partners.
- Identify new opportunities to enhance customer engagement, brand awareness and market share.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related discipline.
- 10+ years of progressive marketing experience.
- Strong experience in digital and performance marketing.
- Proven track record driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Experience managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytical capabilities.
- Experience building marketing strategies that deliver measurable business results.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
