The Role
- Driving operational excellence across multi-site manufacturing:
- Own full P&L accountability for all production operations across multiple UAE sites
- Champion lean transformation, driving OEE gains, waste elimination, and consistent process standards
- Spearhead SAP integration and real-time digital manufacturing adoption across all shop-floor operations
- Ensure full compliance with FSSC, ISO, safety, and customer quality standards
- Oversee engineering, maintenance, and capex delivery, including capacity expansion and layout changes
- Identify and develop the next tier of operational leaders, building a culture rooted in discipline and customer accountability
What We'Re Looking For
- A hands-on, process-driven leader with a track record of delivering results at scale:
- 25+ years in manufacturing, with at least 10 years in a senior leadership role
- Background in rigid plastic packaging manufacturing - ISBM, two-stage, EBM, or IM processes
- Lean/Six Sigma expertise - Black Belt preferred
- Proven SAP manufacturing digitisation experience
- Demonstrated multi-site operations leadership
- A natural coach who builds accountability and drives performance through people
