Overview
Robert Walters has partnered with one of the largest power/energy companies in the Middle East that is looking to hire a senior executive to lead maintenance function for the organization.
This is an executive role with responsibility for maintenance maintenance strategy, operational readiness, safety, reliability, cost effectiveness, and long-term asset performance across a large, diversified pool of assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and deliver the maintenance strategy, budgets and operating plans for the business unit.
- Lead maintenance and inspection across all
- asset and drive performance, cost control and compliance.
- Improve system reliability through contingency planning, emergency readiness, performance monitoring and reduction of outages/blackouts.
- Lead digitalization initiatives to transform and optimize maintenance operations.
- Improve dashboard and analytical capabilities to enable continuous monitoring.
Key Requirements
- 20+ year's experience, including broad exposure to maintenance, maintenance planning, system performance and emergency readiness in power/energy.
- Strong executive leadership and strategic planning capability
- Proven track record driving reliability, safety and cost outcomes across complex, geographically dispersed assets.
