- Oversee recruitment and talent acquisition across all group companies.
- Manage performance reviews, internal career development, and talent retention strategies.
- Act as an internal career advisor and support employee growth.
- Supervise HR financial control, payroll structures, budgeting, and P&L-related HR analysis.
- Support management in organizational scaling and international expansion.
