We are the first DFSA-regulated investment platform in MENA dedicated to sports and entertainment, giving sophisticated investors, family offices, funds, and HNWIs across MENA and beyond, institutional access to deals that have been historically out of reach: Formula 1, NBA franchises, European football, and more.

With a rapidly scaling portfolio, we have built the infrastructure, the regulatory standing, and the deal flow to operate at the highest level.

Beyond investments, Stryde is launching ultra-premium experiences, with curated access to the world's most exclusive sporting moments, designed for a community that doesn't settle for a seat in the crowd, but rather the keys to the rooms where everything happens.

Alongside a members-only model rolling out across the region, Stryde is building something rare: an ecosystem-wide play that feels exclusive, built for people who take the sector as seriously as we do.

The Role

We're looking for our founding Head of Growth to own how Stryde grows and how it shows up in the world.

This is a senior, hands-on role with no team beneath you in the first period: you set the strategy and you execute it.

That means the high-altitude work (positioning, narrative, growth strategy) and the scrappy work (shipping the post, briefing the agency, running the event) in the same week.

You own (and build up) the full marketing function today and build the commercial engine that turns attention into qualified investors.

As the company grows, you’ll be leading the marketing team’s growth and defining the playbook.

This is not a performance-marketing role.

Our investors invest significant amounts, so reaching them takes more than boosting posts.

Growth here comes from being in the right rooms, building the right relationships, and creating a brand people want into before they fully understand what it is.

Figuring out those channels is the core of the job.

What You'Ll Own

  • **Growth strategy**
  • — how Stryde reaches sophisticated investors and converts attention into qualified, committed capital.
  • You own the funnel end to end, not just the top.
  • **Brand and narrative**
  • — identity, positioning, and the story across every touchpoint.
  • **PR and media**
  • — editorial placements, press relationships, founder visibility.
  • **Channel invention**
  • — finding the non-obvious routes to convert investors: communities, partnerships, referral loops, formats.
  • **Strategic partnerships**
  • that extend reach into the right circles.
  • **Member acquisition**
  • as we scale the membership model across the region.
  • **Social and content**
  • — quality-led, not volume-led.
  • **Measurement**
  • — channel experimentation and reporting, using your own AI tooling to run lean and move fast.

What We'Re Looking For

  • **5–8 years across growth, brand, or marketing, with real commercial instinct:**
  • you think about pipeline and conversion, not just awareness.
  • Exposure to luxury, hospitality, finance, or sport is a strong plus.
  • **An instinct for the premium**
  • : you understand what it means to build desire, not just awareness.
  • **Genuine AI fluency**
  • : not "I use and brainstorm with ChatGPT," but the ability to build your own workflows and tooling on top of AI to operate like the rest of our team.
  • We run a structured, AI-native ops environment and you'll get the keys to parts of it; we want someone who'll scale and enhance our system.
  • **Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and self-directed:**
  • simply put, you don't wait to be told what to do.
  • **Genuine passion for what we're building**
  • , and it will show if you don't have it.
  • This role is not for you if:
  • You measure success primarily through paid acquisition metrics.
  • You need a large team around you to execute.
