Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic
Head of Finance
to lead our finance organization and drive financial planning, reporting, and control processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy:
- Develop and execute financial plans that align with company goals, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
- Oversee financial reporting:
- Ensure the timely preparation of accurate financial statements, management reports, and KPI dashboards in accordance with GAAP and regulatory requirements.
- Manage close and consolidation:
- Own month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes, intercompany eliminations, and consolidation activities.
- Drive forecasting and analysis:
- Lead scenario planning, variance analysis, and financial modeling to inform strategic decisions and resource allocation.
- Ensure compliance & controls:
- Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks, oversee audits, tax compliance, and regulatory filings, and mitigate financial risk.
- Lead and develop the finance team:
- Build, mentor, and scale high-performing teams across accounting, FP&A, treasury, and financial operations; set performance goals and foster professional development.
- Optimize cash & capital management:
- Oversee treasury functions, cash flow forecasting, banking relationships, and working capital initiatives.
- Support funding & transactions:
- Lead financial due diligence, investor reporting, fundraising, and M&A activities as needed.
- Partner with cross-functional leaders:
- Collaborate with product, operations, HR, and legal to align financial plans with business priorities and operational initiatives.
- Implement process improvements:
- Drive automation, system enhancements, and process standardization to increase efficiency and reporting accuracy.
