Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end to end finance processes working with both the inhouse bookeeper and the outsourced 3rd party provider to ensure accurate and timely management reporting,
• Liaise with UK CFO and leadership team to provide updates on cashflow, commercial decision-making, profitability improvement and business growth initiative's
• Prepare monthly board reporting, including financial performance analysis, KPI reporting and strategic insights.
• Own annual statutory accounts, external audit processes and financial statement preparation.
• Manage treasury, working capital, receivables, payables and short- and long-term liquidity planning.
• Ensure compliance with UK and UAE tax, regulatory and reporting requirements.
• Develop financial models, scenario analysis and ROI assessments to support new business opportunities and strategic projects.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across finance systems, reporting processes and automation, including the application of AI-driven solutions.
• Act as the key finance contact for auditors, banks, advisors and external stakeholders.
• Your key skills
• Be a Qualified Accountant (ICAEW, ACCA, or equivalent), ideally trained within a Big Four or leading accounting firm.
• Proven experience within a listed business and of leading a finance function within a fast-paced, high-growth or entrepreneurial business.
• Strong technical accounting expertise, including statutory reporting and audit management.
• Track record of improving processes, controls and reporting frameworks through technology and automation.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with modern finance systems such as Xero, NetSuite, HubSpot or similar platforms.
• Comfortable operating both strategically and hands-on within a lean environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the confidence to engage at Board and Executive level.
