Description
Qiddiya Investment Company is seeking an experienced and dynamic **Director - Film Studio Operations SPA** to lead our film studio's operational strategy and deliver excellence in production services.
As a key leader within our organization, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our state-of-the-art film studio, ensuring that all projects are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards of quality.
Your role
will be central to developing the operational framework that supports the filming process for a variety of content, from feature films to television productions.
You will be responsible for assembling and guiding a diverse team, fostering a creative environment, and implementing best practices that enhance both productivity and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development of local production talent & workforce pipeline
- Manage the ecosystem of production vendors and service providers
- Track studio performance through KPIs such as (stage utilization & client satisfaction)
- Establish and manage the studio's production services function such as (permits and regulatory approvals)
- Identify and develop diversified revenue streams to strengthen the studio’s commercial performance
- Develop and implement strategic operational plans for the film studio that align with Qiddiya's vision and objectives.
- Oversee all aspects of studio operations, including scheduling, resource management, and production logistics.
- Lead and mentor a diverse team of production professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and high performance.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and legal regulations throughout the production process.
- Manage relationships with external production partners, talent, and creative agencies to facilitate seamless project execution.
- Monitor and analyze operational metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize studio performance and efficiency.
- Develop and manage the studio budget, tracking expenditure and ensuring financial viability for all productions.
- Implement state-of-the-art technology and workflows that enhance production capabilities and drive innovation.
- Act as the key point of contact between executive management and onsite production teams.

- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Business Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- 10+ years of experience in film production management, with a strong understanding of the operational landscape in the entertainment industry.
- Proven leadership experience with a track record of managing production teams and multi-faceted projects.
- Deep knowledge of film production processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across various stakeholders.
- Experience managing budgets and financial tracking for production operations.
- A proactive mindset with excellent problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory policies related to film production.
