We are hiring English Heads of Department for multiple international schools across Saudi Arabia.
This is an excellent opportunity for experienced English specialists with strong leadership skills to join reputable schools and support high-quality teaching, learning, curriculum development, and departmental growth.
Requirements
Proven experience in a Head of Department, middle leadership, or senior departmental role
Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or a related field
Master’s degree or relevant professional qualification is an advantage
8+ years of relevant teaching and/or leadership experience
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Superb English fluency is essential
Arabic language skills would be an advantage
Strong IT skills, including MS Office
Experience with project management tools, ERP systems, or school management systems is a plus
