Lead enterprise-wide digital initiatives, modernize business operations, and create technology-driven opportunities for sustainable growth.

Define and lead the digital transformation vision, strategy, and long-term roadmap.
Identify performance improvements through automation, emerging technologies, and digital solutions.
Oversee initiatives involving cloud platforms, AI, data analytics, ERP, CRM, and integrated business systems.
Lead cross-functional transformation programs across IT, Operations, Finance, HR, Sales, and other departments.
Evaluate processes, technology capabilities, operating models, and digital maturity.
Set transformation priorities, investment plans, governance frameworks, budgets, and performance indicators.
Manage technology partners, consultants, solution providers, and implementation vendors.
Drive organizational change, employee adoption, digital skills development, and stakeholder engagement.
Monitor program outcomes, business value, efficiency improvements, cost savings, and transformation KPIs.
Present strategic recommendations, progress reports, and investment proposals to executive leadership.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in digital transformation, technology leadership, strategy, consulting, or enterprise program management.
Proven experience leading large-scale digital transformation or business modernization initiatives.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing, automation, AI, data platforms, cybersecurity, and enterprise applications.
Strategic thinking, financial planning, change leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing complex programs, technology budgets, and cross-functional leadership teams.
MBA, PMP, PRINCE2, Prosci, or relevant technology certifications are advantageous.
