We are seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial
Architect / Design Head
who is passionate about design, business growth, and leadership.
This is a unique opportunity to build and lead a new division of TOPSOL Ventures, with significant autonomy and long-term growth potential.
This role is ideal for a professional who wants to move beyond traditional employment.
Role Overview
As the Design Head, you will be responsible for leading, and growing TOPSOL's Design Division.
You will oversee design strategy, project delivery, team development, client relationships, and business growth.
You will have the opportunity to shape the division's direction, build a high-performing team, and contribute to the long-term success of the business.
Design Management
- Lead architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion.
- Oversee design quality, technical coordination, and project delivery.
- Manage design reviews, presentations, and client approvals.
Business Development
- Develop new business opportunities and client relationships.
- Prepare proposals, fee submissions, and presentations.
- Expand the division's project portfolio across various sectors.
Team Development
- Recruit, mentor, and manage architects, designers, and consultants.
- Build a collaborative and high-performance design culture.
Preferred Experience
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience in architecture and design.
- Proven experience leading multidisciplinary design teams.
- Strong portfolio of completed projects across commercial, hospitality, retail, mixed-use, entertainment, or leisure sectors.
- Experience in the UAE/GCC market is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of local authority requirements and design approval processes.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software and BIM workflows.
