Experience Requirement

Direct a multidisciplinary studio of interior architects, 3D visualizers, furniture designers, proposal writers, and BOQ estimators.

Creative Direction and Client Pitching
- Lead innovative commercial office concepts and join Sales on enterprise design pitches.
- Convert sales project downloads into solutions based on client headcount, aesthetic, and functional requirements.
- Direct and mentor interior designers, 3D renderers, and space planners.
- Present 3D models and design rationale to enterprise clients and their senior stakeholders.
- Enforce design SLA turnaround times under the company's process system.
Technical Documentation and Handoff
- Review, mark up, and approve all drawing packages before client sign-off and site release.
- Deliver complete Good for Construction drawing dockets to the Head of Projects.
- Prepare material specifications, bills of materials, and procurement notes for purchasing teams.
Design-to-Budget and BOQ Governance
- Supervise proposal and BOQ estimators on detailed cost breakdowns.
- Ensure concepts stay within client budgets or establish baseline BOQs that protect target gross margins.
- Review pre-bid BOQs and techno-commercial proposals for accuracy, specification alignment, and commercial safety.
Factory and Furniture Design Leadership
- Lead furniture designers in developing custom modular workstations, executive desks, and loose furniture concepts.
- Ensure millimeter-accurate factory shop drawings with joinery details, hardware specifications, and finish schedules.
- Coordinate with the IMT Manesar production team on prototype feasibility, material availability, and manufacturing standards.
Competencies and Knowledge
- Creative design leadership, commercial workspace concept design, enterprise client pitching, and CXO presentation.
- Technical drawing verification and detail auditing using CAD, Revit, and BIM workflows.
- Design-to-budget engineering, BOQ estimation governance, and factory shop drawing review.
- Commercial workplace architecture, space planning, ergonomics, and fit-out procurement workflows.
- Civil, MEP, HVAC, acoustic, lighting, and fire safety systems.
- Industrial furniture manufacturing, wood and metal joinery, and production workflows.
Performance Measures
Target a 100% zero-query rate for technical handovers.
Maintain 100% compliance with internal design SLA turnaround timelines.
Maintain 100% budget compliance without margin degradation from design oversights.
Contribute to a 30% or higher win rate on key enterprise pitch presentations.
Avoid purchasing errors caused by vague or incomplete design specifications.
