Head of Data Science
- المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- تطوير وتنفيذ استراتيجية علوم البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي بما يتماشى مع أهداف الشركة.
- قيادة فرق علماء البيانات ومهندسي البيانات والمحللين الفنيين.
- تصميم وتطوير نماذج التحليل التنبئي والتعلم الآلي (Machine Learning).
- الإشراف على جمع البيانات ومعالجتها وضمان جودة البيانات وحوكمتها.
- تحويل البيانات الضخمة إلى رؤى وتقارير تدعم القرارات التشغيلية والاستراتيجية.
- تطوير حلول الذكاء الاصطناعي والتحليلات المتقدمة لتحسين الكفاءة والأداء.
- التعاون مع الإدارات المختلفة لفهم احتياجات الأعمال وتقديم الحلول المناسبة.
- الإشراف على أدوات وتقنيات البيانات مثل:
- Python
- SQL
- Power BI
- Tableau
- Spark
- TensorFlow
- ضمان الامتثال لمعايير أمن البيانات والخصوصية.
- متابعة أحدث الاتجاهات والتقنيات في مجال علوم البيانات والذكاء الاصطناعي.
- المؤهلات المطلوبة:
- درجة البكالوريوس أو الماجستير في علوم البيانات أو علوم الحاسب أو الإحصاء أو الهندسة أو تخصص ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10–15 سنة في تحليل البيانات أو علوم البيانات، منها خبرة قيادية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات.
- خبرة قوية في بناء وإدارة فرق علوم البيانات.
- معرفة متقدمة بالتعلم الآلي، الذكاء الاصطناعي، والتحليلات المتقدمة.
- مهارات قوية في البرمجة وتحليل البيانات وإدارة المشاريع.
- القدرة على التواصل مع الفرق التقنية والإدارية بفعالية.
- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية، والعربية تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
