Our Mission & Your Role
Mts Okul Dunyasi is expanding our advanced educational platform, and we need a Head of Data Science to take absolute ownership of our analytics ecosystem at our Digital City office.
This position is built for a senior leader who can turn student performance metrics, enrollment trends, and digital learning data into actionable predictive models.
You will be building out our core analytics infrastructure to personalize learning pathways and drive smart institutional growth across the region.
Where You Will Take Charge
- Construct and deploy predictive algorithms to forecast student enrollment patterns and retention risks.
- Design advanced machine learning frameworks to customize digital curricula and analyze student engagement metrics.
- Guide a technical team of data engineers and analysts to maintain scalable data pipelines and clean warehousing systems.
- Partner directly with the Education Director and academic leadership to integrate data-backed insights into institutional strategy.
- Set up automated, real-time executive dashboards that map regional operational performance and business KPIs.
Your Professional Blueprint
- 8 to 11 years of professional data science and analytics experience, with a solid track record of leading technical teams (EdTech or academic sector experience is a massive asset).
- Exceptional programming capability in Python or R, plus extensive experience with SQL and cloud-based machine learning architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Deep knowledge of statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and data infrastructure design.
- A Master’s degree or PhD in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or an equivalent quantitative field.
The Settlement Package
We provide a flat, comprehensive monthly salary of SAR 45,000 to cover your base remuneration, Digital City housing needs, and local transport.
