  • We are partnered with a fast-growing IT Services Company that focuses on the fintech SaaS market delivering institutional-grade technology solutions across trading infrastructure, liquidity, risk management, and client lifecycle platforms.
  • They are looking for a senior support leader to build and scale a world-class global customer support function across a complex multi-product environment.
  • Key experience required:
  • ***Solid experinece in Customer Support leadership within IT Services into SaaS / Fintech***
  • ***Strong capital markets domain knowledge across trading, OMS, liquidity, or risk platforms***
  • ***Experience building scalable L1/L2/L3 support models***
  • ***Strong background in SLA management, incident management, tooling, and operational transformation***
