Head of Construction

Ensuring adherence to all safety protocols and regulations during fabrication process.

Manages and ensures successful execution of fabrication activities to meet prioritized objectives (Safety, Quality, Schedule, and others, as appropriate).

To supervise and control the activities of the Contractor/Subcontractors related to the fabrication, Mechanical Completion to ensure that it complies with contractual requirements, project documentation and applicable International Standards.

To check the constructability aspects, as well as the compliance with all technical requirements, of the deliverables provided by the Engineering Team Contractor.

To review deviations to Company LNG construction standards for comments with Contractors / Subcontractors input, to deliver a consistent dossier (documents, materials, procured and fabricated items, pre-com/com dossiers, as built ) for the construction activities.

Identify any areas of concern with respect to progress and/or quality and recommend corrective actions as required.

Review Contractor's progress reports and reports for all the activities, highlighting critical problems, drifts and dysfunctions if any.

To Liaise with Contractors/Subcontractors for all structure subjects, MC, Pre-commissioning and Commissioning to ensure the Contractors/Subcontractors progress follow up and reporting.

Bring execution solutions that favour safe construction execution and transition to Commissioning activities.

To lead and contribute to Risk Assessments kick off meetings and Pre-Job Meetings, technical meeting etc. as required in accordance with Company's referential.

To participate in Lessons Learned for the Company.

Responsible for implementation of lessons learned from previous projects with Company LNG and/or Contractor, as well as capturing and communicating construction lessons learned for the current project.
