Job Description

Responsible for leading the commercial sales function by developing and executing sales strategies that drive revenue growth, expand market share, and strengthen customer relationships.

Oversees the sales team, identifies new business opportunities, negotiates key contracts, and ensures the achievement of sales targets while aligning with the company's overall business objectives.

Leads the rental and leasing sales division by developing strategies to maximize fleet utilization, increase rental and leasing revenue, and grow the customer base.

Manages sales operations, builds long-term client relationships, identifies market opportunities, negotiates leasing agreements, and ensures the team consistently achieves business targets.

Job Description

Oversees all after-sales operations, including service, maintenance, spare parts, warranty, and customer support.

Develops strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, improve service quality, increase after-sales revenue, and ensure operational efficiency.

Leads the after-sales team in delivering exceptional customer experiences while maintaining compliance with company standards and performance objectives.
