Position Overview
- We are looking for highly driven, aggressive, and revenue-focused professionals to build and scale a world- class:
- Real Estate Closing & Investor Conversion Ecosystem.
- The team will be responsible for:
- Investor closures
- Broker-assisted sales
- Revenue generation
- Site visit conversions
- HNI/UHNI investor management
- Deal negotiation & execution This is not a traditional sales role. This is an opportunity to build:
- One of the largest real estate distribution & closing ecosystems across UAE & India.
- The role focuses on:
- Converting investor leads into revenue
- Supporting brokers in closing deals
- Managing high-ticket investor relationships
- Scaling inventory sales across broker networks
Investor Closures & Revenue Growth
- Drive investor conversions and revenue closures
- Conduct investor meetings and presentations
- Handle HNI/UHNI investor relationships
- Improve sales conversion ratios
Broker Support & Deal Closures
- Assist brokers in closing deals
- Coordinate with broker networks
- Support broker-led investor meetings
- Increase broker productivity and closures
Site Visits & Investor Experience
- Conduct site visits and walkthroughs
- Build investor confidence during presentations
- Deliver high-quality customer experience
Negotiation & Transaction Management
- Handle pricing negotiations
- Coordinate with developers and brokers
- Ensure smooth deal execution
- Head of Closing – Additional Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the closing ecosystem
- Manage closing managers and advisors
- Build sales processes and SOPs
- Track revenue and team performance
- Improve conversion systems
- Drive overall sales growth
