About the Role
PharmaKnowl Consulting is seeking a Head of Clinical Research to lead and expand our clinical services function.
The role combines operational leadership with business growth activities, ensuring high-quality project delivery while building relationships with sponsors, partners, investigators, and healthcare institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support business development efforts through client meetings, proposals, partnerships, and opportunity identification.
- Manage relationships with sponsors, investigators, healthcare institutions, and external partners.
- Lead and oversee clinical operations activities and projects.
- Develop and improve clinical processes, workflows, and quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop new service offerings and strategic initiatives.
- Monitor project performance, timelines, and client satisfaction.
- Build and mentor the clinical operations team.
Qualifications
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Experience in clinical research in CROs or the industry.
- Proven expertise in Clinical Operations and Trial Management
- Understanding of clinical trial operations and applicable regulations/GCP principles.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in client-facing or business development activities is preferred.
- Ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities.
