As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Head of Business Development.

Job Summary: The Head of Business Development will be responsible for driving growth and revenue through strategic planning and execution of business development initiatives.

This key leadership role requires a dynamic individual with a proven track record in the IT industry, possessing a deep understanding of market trends, client needs, and the competitive landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective business development strategies aligned with the company's overall goals and objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify new opportunities, emerging trends, and potential areas for business expansion.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and ensuring the delivery of exceptional solutions and services.
  • Partnership Management: Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key industry players, vendors, and collaborators to enhance the company's offerings and market reach.
  • Sales Leadership: Lead and mentor the sales team, providing guidance on client engagement, proposal development, and negotiation strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive revenue generation through effective lead generation, proposal submissions, and successful closure of deals.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and operations, to ensure seamless execution of business strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development within the IT industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute effectively.
