About the Role
Regent & Co. is seeking a Head of Brand Integration to define how brands are introduced, positioned, and experienced within executive environments .
This role sits at the intersection of executive positioning, brand strategy, and environment design — translating positioning into tangible presence across private, institutional, and leadership settings.
The focus is not on visibility, but on precision .
Ensuring that every brand present within an environment is intentional, relevant, and aligned.
This is not a traditional branding or events role.
It is about shaping environments, not campaigns .
What You Will Lead
- Curating brands aligned with executive profiles and environments
- Structuring high-level partnerships with discretion
- Translating positioning into real-world presence across spaces, routines, and experiences
- Ensuring consistency across all touchpoints — from private settings to institutional contexts
- Acting as the bridge between:
- Executives - Regent & Co. and brand partners
- Maintaining full control over quality, relevance, and execution
What This Requires
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to translate ideas into reality
- Experience working with senior stakeholders (CEOs, founders, institutions, family offices)
- A refined understanding of premium environments and standards
- High level of discretion and judgment
- Ability to manage complexity without compromising precision
