About The Role
We are looking for a
Head Of B2b Uae (Country Manager)
to lead business development and strategic partnerships across the UAE.
Your mission will be to build strategic partnerships with
airlines, banks, online travel agencies (OTAs), travel aggregators, hotel groups, destination management companies (DMCs), luxury hospitality brands, corporate travel providers, fintech companies and other strategic partners
, integrating GetOffers’ travel products into their customer journeys and digital ecosystems.
You will own the commercial strategy for the UAE, launch new partnerships and integrations, and drive sustainable B2B revenue growth across one of the world’s most dynamic travel markets.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the B2B growth strategy for the UAE.
- Build strategic partnerships with airlines, banks, hotel groups, OTAs, travel aggregators, DMCs, corporate travel providers and luxury hospitality brands.
- Identify and secure strategic distribution partnerships across the UAE travel ecosystem.
- Lead commercial negotiations and close high-value partnership agreements.
- Drive integrations of the company’s travel products into partners’ booking flows, digital platforms, loyalty programs and customer ecosystems.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle from prospecting and negotiations to implementation and long-term account growth.
- Identify new commercial opportunities and strategic revenue channels.
- Drive revenue growth and achieve commercial KPIs.
- Represent the company at industry events and build relationships with senior executives across the region.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing and Operations teams to launch new partnership initiatives.

Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, Enterprise Sales or Country Management.
- Strong network within the UAE travel, aviation, hospitality, banking or digital ecosystem.
- Proven experience negotiating enterprise B2B partnerships.
- Strong commercial mindset with a track record of driving business growth.
- Experience in travel-tech, mobility, marketplaces or digital platforms is highly preferred.
- Fluent English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.

- Existing relationships with Emirates, Etihad, flydubai, leading hotel groups, banks, travel companies or OTAs operating in the UAE.
- Experience with API partnerships or digital platform integrations.
- Experience working across GCC markets.
- International business development experience.
