Role Description
The Head of Administration is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai, responsible for overseeing administrative operations and ensuring efficient support to all business functions.
This role manages office services, facilities, and vendor relationships, while establishing and maintaining administrative policies, procedures, and documentation.
The position coordinates budgeting and cost-control activities with finance teams, monitors invoicing and payment workflows, and supports accurate record-keeping for audits and compliance.
The Head of Administration leads and develops administrative staff, optimizes workflows and reporting, and collaborates with senior leadership to improve operational efficiency and support Mahram’s growth in the region.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data, improve processes, and support strategic decision-making.
- Experience in finance and budgeting, including planning, forecasting, and cost-control in an administrative or operations context.
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices relevant to administrative operations.
- Proficiency in invoicing processes, vendor management, and documentation workflows.
- Proven experience in administration or operations management, ideally within FMCG, food industries, or a related sector.
- Ability to lead and develop diverse teams, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; additional languages are an advantage.
- Comfort with MS Office and common ERP or financial systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field; advanced certification or degree is a plus.
