Overview

1. Accounting and Financial Control

• Oversee complete accounting function across all divisions
• Ensure accuracy of general ledger, journals, accruals, and reconciliations
• Drive timely monthly, quarterly, and year end closing
• Review and validate financial statements including P and L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow
• Ensure consistency in accounting policies and practices across entities.

2. ZATCA and Taxation Compliance

• Lead all VAT and ZATCA related activities at group level.
• Prepare and review VAT filings and ensure timely submission.
• Handle ZATCA audits, queries, and assessments.
• Manage objections, penalty mitigation, and documentation.
• Ensure full compliance with Saudi tax laws and regulatory requirements.

3. Consolidation and Reporting

• Prepare group level financial reports and consolidation.
• Analyze division wise performance and highlight key variances.
• Support Financial Controller in management reporting and decision making.
• Maintain audit ready financial records and schedules.

4. Team Management and Coordination

• Supervise and guide senior accountants across divisions.
• Establish accountability and performance discipline within the team.
• Provide technical guidance on accounting and tax matters.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and internal stakeholders.

5. Internal Controls and Process Improvement

• Design and implement SOPs for accounting and taxation processes.
• Strengthen internal controls to prevent errors and fraud.
• Ensure proper documentation, audit trails, and compliance checks.
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.
