Aofgroup is looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Marketing Operations to lead and optimize our marketing efforts.
As the Head of Marketing Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns to drive growth and enhance brand visibility.
You will lead a team dedicated to marketing technology, data management, and process improvements, ensuring seamless collaboration across marketing, sales, and other departments.
This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong project management skills, and the ability to leverage marketing automation tools and analytics platforms.

Responsibilities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in marketing operations or related roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
- Strong knowledge of marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and data analytics tools.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
