Role scope

Financial and customer responsibilities

• Develop and manage transport, fleet, maintenance-workshop, and fleet-resale budgets and P&Ls.
• Hold overall accountability for a group-wide budget of more than 110 million per annum across the business unit and sub-units.
• Deliver planned passenger transportation and maintenance and repair services to internal business units and other clients.
• Support fleet requirements, driver performance, lease obligations, and fleet-replacement decisions.

Process and innovation

• Manage quality processes and standard operating procedures across transport, fleet, workshop, and delivery units.
• Analyze processes to remove non-value-added activity, streamline operations, and apply industry best practices.
• Modernize and digitize logistics using vehicle telematics, routing and scheduling, delivery execution, and client-management tools.
• Explore hybrid, electric, hydrogen, and LNG/CNG vehicle technologies.

Selection criteria

• At least 20 years of logistics and supply-chain experience, including at least 10 years in senior leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
• Experience managing large-scale logistics operations and cross-functional teams.
• Strong strategic planning, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Strong financial acumen, budget-management skills, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of logistics and supply-chain principles, practices, and technologies; proficiency in logistics software and data analytics tools.

• The logistics team is based at the company headquarters in Dubai Airport Free Zone, Dubai.
