About This Role
Overview
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Head Hunter / Recruiter to identify, approach, and recruit models and content creators across the MENA region.
The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, understand Gen Z culture and trends, and be comfortable engaging with potential recruits both directly and through live streaming.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively source and headhunt models and content creators across the MENA region
- Reach out, engage, and convert potential candidates into active recruits
- Conduct daily live streams (1 hour/day, 5 days a week) to attract and interact with potential recruits
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of talent
- Track recruitment progress and maintain accurate reporting sheets
- Collaborate with the team to meet recruitment targets and improve strategies
Requirements
- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Good understanding of Gen Z trends, social media, and creator economy
- Confident on camera and comfortable with live streaming
- Organized, detail-oriented, and good with reporting tools (Excel/Sheets)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven
- Arabic speaker is a plus
Working Hours
- 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- 5 days per week (weekends off)
Additional Notes
- Candidate must be comfortable interacting with a diverse pool of creators across the MENA region
- Performance will be evaluated based on recruitment targets and consistency
