Job Summary
The role will lead the End-to-End HR function, aligning talent strategy with business objectives to oversee recruitment, policy, rewards, OD, compliance, and employee experience.
The role will manage the HR team, shapes company culture, and drives performance management, requiring strategic planning and leadership experience.
Core Responsibilities
- **Strategic Planning:**
- Develop HR strategies that support company goals.
- **Team Leadership:**
- Supervise the HR team and streamline workflows.
- **Talent Management:**
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and training.
- **Compliance & Policy:**
- Ensure legal compliance and update company policies.
- **Employee Relations:**
- Fostering a positive culture and resolving conflict.
- **Compensation:**
- Manage payroll, benefits, and salary structures.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- **Experience:**
- 10+ years in senior HR roles.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.
- **Competencies:**
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
