- **Strategic Planning:**
- Develop HR strategies that support company goals.

- **Compliance & Policy:**
- Ensure legal compliance and update company policies.
- **Employee Relations:**

- **Compensation:**
- Manage payroll, benefits, and salary structures.
Key Qualifications & Skills
- **Experience:**
- 10+ years in senior HR roles.
- **Education:**
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business.
- **Competencies:**
- Strong leadership, communication, strategic planning, and analytical skills.
