Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced
Head – Facility Management & Asset Operations
to lead post-handover operations across residential, commercial, and managed rental assets.
The role will be responsible for ensuring that all completed projects remain safe, compliant, well-maintained, financially disciplined, and professionally managed while delivering an excellent resident and occupier experience.

Qualifications & Experience
- Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in facility management, property management, asset operations, or post-handover real estate operations.
- Experience managing premium residential societies, commercial buildings, or mixed-use developments.
- Strong understanding of MEP systems, statutory compliance, budgeting, vendor management, and society operations.
