Leads enterprise applications, process transformation, automation, AI initiatives, and cross-functional programs to improve efficiency, scalability, and business outcomes.
Strategic planning and innovation are desirable but secondary to delivery and transformation execution.
Key responsibilities
- Lead enterprise-wide transformation delivery, technology implementation, governance, risk management, reporting, and value realization.
- Lead enterprise application roadmaps, optimization, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, lifecycle management, and stakeholder prioritization.
- Identify and deliver AI and automation opportunities, including workflow, low-code, RPA, and business process re-engineering.
- Establish AI adoption, governance, and value measurement; collaborate on data quality, governance, reporting, BI, and outcome analytics.
- Manage business, vendor, and implementation-partner relationships; lead executive steering committees and business reviews.
- Build and mentor a high-performing transformation delivery team and foster accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Required experience
- 10–15 years in digital transformation, enterprise applications, program delivery, or business transformation.
- Track record delivering large-scale enterprise transformation programs and managing complex cross-functional projects and stakeholder ecosystems.
- Experience driving automation, process optimization, digital adoption, and working with implementation partners and technology vendors.
- Exposure to data, analytics, reporting, and business intelligence platforms; demonstrated leadership of teams and enterprise-wide initiatives.
Preferred experience
- SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, SAC/BDC, BTP, or related technology exposure is highly desirable.
- AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, low-code, and intelligent automation experience is preferred.
- Distribution, supply chain, logistics, or similar industry experience is preferred.

- PMP, Agile, Lean Six Sigma, SAP, AI/Automation, or Change Management certifications are preferred.
