We are fine casual Mediterranean twist all-day restaurant serving contemporary plates. A diverse menu end fusion cuisine, house baked goods and desserts to suit a variety of palates. All day dining space - Located in Abu Dhabi, clientele will range from UAE nationalities and expats.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head Chef based in Abu Dhabi with some work-from-home flexibility. The Head Chef will oversee kitchen operations, manage food preparation, and ensure high-quality dishes are consistently served. Duties include menu planning, supervising kitchen staff, maintaining inventory, managing budgets, ensuring food safety compliance, and introducing innovative recipes to enhance the culinary offerings of the establishment. Collaboration with front-of-house staff for smooth service and maintaining customer satisfaction is a key aspect of this role.
Qualifications
- IMMEDIATE JOINERS ONLY !!
- Expertise in Culinary Skills, Food Preparation, and Menu Development
- Experience in Kitchen Management, Staff Training, and Leadership
- Strong understanding of Food Safety, Hygiene Standards, and Inventory Management
- Knowledge of Cost Control, Budgeting, and Procurement
- Ability to innovate and create new recipes based on food trends specially in Mediterranean
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
- Formal culinary education or equivalent professional experience
- Experience working in hospitality or high-end casual dining establishments is a plus
