Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Head Chef, located in Riyadh.
The Head Chef will oversee the kitchen operations, plan innovative menus focusing on healthy and nutritious dishes, ensure food quality and consistency, and manage kitchen staff.
The role includes maintaining food safety standards, collaborating with the leadership team on new product development, and managing inventory and costs.
Qualifications
- Expertise in menu planning, food preparation, and recipe development with a focus on healthy cuisine.
- Proficient in kitchen management, including team supervision, scheduling, and training of staff members.
- In-depth knowledge of food safety protocols and cost control for efficient inventory and resource management.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills to ensure a smooth and productive kitchen operation.
- Passion for nutrition, fitness, and innovative culinary techniques, with a desire to redefine healthy dining.
- Preferred qualifications include a culinary degree or certification and previous experience in a similar role.
