Overview

Head Chef – Lebanese and Syrian cuisine

Location: Jumeirah 3, Dubai

We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to lead our kitchen operations and ensure the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and hygiene.

Key Responsibilities

1.Manage all daily kitchen operations.

2.

Supervise and train the kitchen team.

3.

Maintain consistent food quality and presentation.

4.

Control food cost, wastage, and inventory.

5.

Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.

6.

Monitor kitchen productivity during peak hours.

7. develop new menu items and improve existing recipes.

8.

Coordinate with purchasing to ensure proper stock levels.

9.

Strong experience in Lebanese and Syrian cuisine.

10.

Experience in shawarma, grills, mezze, and Arabic kitchen operations..

Pay: From AED5,000.00 per month
