Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation.
- Develop and design menus, incorporating seasonal ingredients and culinary trends.
- Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships to optimize cost and quality.
- Recruit, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Monitor and enforce health and safety regulations in the kitchen.
- Collaborate with restaurant management to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Maintain consistent culinary standards across all dishes served.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as Head Chef, Executive Chef, or similar senior culinary role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Expertise in menu creation, recipe development, and modern cooking techniques.
- Knowledge of kitchen operations, budgeting, and inventory management.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and professional proficiency in English.
- Culinary degree or relevant professional certification is preferred.
