You’ll lead a team of pastry chefs, ensure top-quality standards, and bring innovative dessert ideas to life.

Lead and manage the pastry and bakery team
Design and develop creative cake and dessert menus
Maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and hygiene
Control costs, inventory, and kitchen operations
Train and mentor junior team members

Proven experience as a Head Pastry Chef or similar leadership role
Strong expertise in cakes, pastries, and dessert presentation
