Overview
We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Chef / Head Chef to lead our culinary operations.
The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in American cuisine with the ability to create and execute fusion dishes incorporating Indian and Sri Lankan flavors.
The role will initially be based in the UAE for 6 months and will subsequently relocate to Sri Lanka.
