About CLSTR
CLSTR is a Doha-based event production company specializing in festivals, brand activations, amusement attractions, and live staging.
It provides end-to-end production services, including AV and LED supply, projection mapping, fireworks, and technical operations.
Role overview
Full-time, on-site Head Bartender role based in Doha, Qatar.
The role leads bar operations at CLSTR’s event and hospitality venues.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily service, beverage preparation, inventory, cleanliness, and health and safety compliance.
- Train, schedule, and supervise bar staff and maintain consistent guest service.
- Handle cash and payments; coordinate with event and operations teams during live events.
- Contribute to menu development and beverage presentations; engage guests and resolve issues.
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Food-and-beverage knowledge covering cocktails, mocktails, spirits, and non-alcoholic offerings.
- Proficiency in bartending techniques and bar operations, including drink preparation and setup and breakdown.
- Accurate cash handling, payment processing, tab management, and register reconciliation.
- Previous Head Bartender, Bar Supervisor, or similar leadership experience in hospitality or events.
- Ability to lead and mentor staff, manage shifts, and work in fast-paced, high-volume settings.
- Knowledge of hygiene, safety, and responsible service standards; relevant certifications are advantageous.
- Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays; English proficiency required and additional languages beneficial.
- Multicultural-environment experience is a plus.

- Work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by event schedules.
